Conference Program Books
Organization: American Public Gardens Association
From 2017 through 2019 I coordinated the development, execution, and shipment of a full program book for each annual conference the American Public Gardens Association holds. This projects required overseeing schedules, tracking and placing advertising artwork, and liaising with copy-editors, designers, educators, and printing & shipping professionals to ensure content is delivered on time and in the proper format, that the books maintain a high standard for visual appeal and grammatical accuracy, and that they arrive at the venue prior to the annual conference kick-off.
Contains 86-124 pages of text, photography, and graphical elements
700-1000 readers onsite
Preferred piece of conference collateral by attendees to enhance their experience (second to the mobile app)
